"Homes come on the market and go under contract within the same day. Having a committed agent, like Tracy, is key. She met with us in person initially to set up our MLS portal with the appropriate parameters so we would receive nightly alerts about anything going on in the market where we were interested. As soon as we saw anything we were interested in, she was extremely quick to set up viewings. During the repair process, Tracy was very involved in communication with the seller's agent. I'm so thankful she thought to have a re-inspection done for the CL100 the day before we were supposed to originally close, because we found out the repairs were not done at all.
